Epho Renews Commitment to Australia’s Solar Professional Code of Conduct

Epho recently renewed its status as a Clean Energy Council Approved Solar Retailer – the program that recognises commitment to ethical and professional practices in the solar industry.

Whilst there are hundreds of companies selling solar systems in Australia, currently less than 60 have obtained the status of Clean Energy Council Approved Solar Retailer.

When you buy solar from a Clean Energy Council Approved Solar Retailer, you can be assured that you are buying a quality product from a company that follows all relevant consumer protection laws and is prepared to back the operation of your solar PV system for at least five years.

The code also has strict requirements that companies must following in pre- and post-sale activities, documentation and general business practices.

Authorised by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), the code raises the minimum compliance requirements above those set by government and regulations and ensures a better standard of service and higher quality finished products across the solar industry.

Epho has been a signatory to the Code of Conduct since 2016.
