“Quality means doing it right when no one is looking”

Epho strives to provide turn-key solar solutions that meet the highest possible standards in equipment choice, system design, installation quality and workflows.  Our experience shows that common practices are not always the best practices, and even industry standards sometimes fall short of what should be done.

As a result we have been recognised with various certifications. More important than these certifications though is the quality of work that we do, and that we have been subject to due diligence by our clients and chosen by the likes of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), ALDI stores and the City of  Sydney.

Epho’s certifications include the following:

ISO 14001 - ENVIROMENT MANAGMENT SYSTEM

In addition, Epho employees two qualified electrical engineers as well as experienced commercial and solar electricians who have significant experience in the solar industry.

CEC Approved Solar Retailer

CECEpho has signed on to the Clean Energy Council Solar Retailer Code of Conduct, a voluntary scheme authorised by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

Companies that have signed on to the code have committed to provide a higher standard of quality and service, raising the bar in the solar industry. They will also provide a minimum five-year whole of system and installation warranty on solar power systems. The program is designed to give peace of mind to people who are making the decision to invest in a solar system by helping them purchase the best product available from a company committed to responsible sales and marketing. Customers can identify businesses that have signed on to the code by a special Clean Energy Council Approved Solar Retailer logo. A full list of Approved Solar Retailers can be found at www.approvedsolarretailer.com.au.

Epho is proud to be a signatory to the Solar Retailer Code of Conduct, and looks forward to continuing to help improve standards in the Australian solar industry.
